Teno 6 is a pretty standard red and black pattern that would probably work in similar situations as a Black Doctor or a Red Butt. As with all classic Finnish salmon flies the wing should be tied pretty sparsely.

Tip: Silver wire.
Tag: Red floss.
Tail: Golden Pheasant crest.
Rib: Oval silver tinsel.
Body: Black floss.
Hackle: Red with black on the shoulders.
Wing: Golden Pheasant tippet and tail with Bronze Mallard on top.
Topping: Golden Pheasant crest.
Head: Black.
