This is a pattern that I have to admit I’m not a big fan of. It’s hard to make it look good with all those hackles and multiple body sections. Sort of a Jock Scott feel to it at least for the colors and the use of white tipped turkey.
Tip: Gold wire.
Tag: Yellow floss.
Tail: Golden Pheasant crest.
Butt: Black Ostrich herl.
Rib: Oval silver tinsel.
Body: 1/4 embossed silver tinsel, 1/4 black floss with a black hackle after. 1/4 yellow floss with a yellow hackle at joint. 1/4 black floss.
Hackle: Black.
Wing: White tipped Turkey with Bronze Mallard on top.
Cheeks: Jungle cock.
Topping: Golden Pheasant crest.
Head: Black.
